dWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, customization, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across various modules, supporting business requirements, improving workflows, and ensuring successful platform operations

.The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business users to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

Key Deliverables and Responsibilitie

• s:Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions and technical design
• s.Perform ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and platform development activitie
• s.Design, build, and implement workflows, automation, integrations, and process improvement
• s.Participate in Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, execution, and delivery activitie
• s.Support testing activities, deployments, releases, and ServiceNow platform upgrade
• s.Provide incident resolution, technical troubleshooting, and production suppor
• t.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical impacts and recommend appropriate solution
• s.Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guide
• s.Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure quality delivery aligned with business objective
