ServiceNow Developer / Consultant Capability Requirements

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Consultantwith hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, customization, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across various modules, supporting business requirements, improving workflows, and ensuring successful platform operations.

The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business users to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions and technical designs.
• Perform ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and platform development activities.
• Design, build, and implement workflows, automation, integrations, and process improvements.
• Participate in Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Support testing activities, deployments, releases, and ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Provide incident resolution, technical troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical impacts and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
  
  

• Hands-on experience inServiceNow development, configuration, implementation, or solution architecture.
• Minimum2+ years of experienceworking with ServiceNow platform implementations, customization, or development.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in project environments or production support environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and development standards.
• Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow product lines:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Security Operations (SecOps)
  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
