This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role based in Caloocan City. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the service team, managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints, ensuring service quality standards are met, and coordinating with internal departments to streamline processes. Additionally, the Service Manager will be accountable for training and performance management of service team members, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.

• Background in process optimization and service quality assurance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
• Relevant experience in service management, preferably in the tools or retail industry
