Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, located in Metro Manila. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property sales and services, engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer experiences, and supporting real estate development initiatives. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and achieve sales targets while meeting the highest standards of professionalism in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate Development and Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
• Background in a related field such as Real Estate, Business Administration, or Marketing is a plus
