Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, highperformance solutions. This role combines deep Salesforce engineering expertise with emerging AI capabilities. You will build advanced Apex logic, craft modern Lightning Web Components (LWC), and drive our AI transformation by developing autonomous Agentforce solutions that streamline operations and elevate user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Custom Development (Apex & LWC)

• Enterprise-Grade Apex Engineering: Architect and develop scalable asynchronous processes, custom APIs, and optimized triggers following governorlimit best practices.
• Modern Front-End Development: Build responsive, intuitive interfaces using LWC and SLDS.
• Legacy Modernization: Refactor and migrate legacy Aura/Visualforce components to LWC for improved performance and maintainability.
• Code Quality: Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and enforcement of best practices.

2. AI & Agentforce Implementation

• Autonomous Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents for customer service, sales operations, and internal workflows.
• Prompt Engineering: Use Prompt Builder to craft grounded, highaccuracy LLM prompts aligned with trusted business data.
• Actionable AI Logic: Implement Apex Actions, Flows, and external callouts that enable AI agents to complete business tasks.
• Data Cloud Collaboration: Partner with data teams to ensure AI agents have access to unified, realtime customer data.

3. Integrations, DevOps & Governance

• Systems Integration: Implement secure REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• DevOps Leadership: Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Copado, or SFDX, with an emphasis on SecurebyDesign practices.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and coding standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 510 years of handson Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Technical Mastery: Expertlevel knowledge in Apex (Batch, Queueable, Triggers) and LWC.
• AI Literacy: Understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and the Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer.
• Tooling: Proficiency with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git-based version control.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• AI Associate or AI Specialist
