Job Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's Salesforce platform, which serves as the foundation of revenue operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, focusing on building scalable, efficient solutions that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The Salesforce Developer ensures the platform evolves in alignment with business objectives, maintains system integrity, and adheres to best practices while enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to meet complex business requirements.
- Create, optimize, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows to automate business processes.
- Evaluate current Salesforce configuration and recommend architectural improvements following Salesforce best practices and platform limitations.
- Responsible for data integrity, running dedupe tools and normalizing the data on an ongoing basis.
- Build custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflow automation to support evolving business processes.
- Manage and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external systems including HubSpot, DocuSign, Calendly, and other marketing automation and communication tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across integrated systems, trace data flow problems, and implement fixes to maintain system reliability.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, monitor API usage and limits, and optimize data synchronization processes.
- Implement automated data quality checks and cleansing processes to maintain accurate, complete data across all integrated systems.
- Plan and execute Salesforce releases, including sandbox management, testing procedures, and production deployments.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Maintain security best practices, conduct regular security reviews, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and business processes.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams and system architecture documentation to facilitate understanding and knowledge transfer.
- Document configuration changes, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Create user guides and training materials to support end-user adoption and proficiency.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Recommend optimal approaches for business requirements, considering scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
- Support users through system changes and enhancements, providing training and ongoing support.
- Work with Salesforce support and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on Salesforce Apex development experience, including custom classes, triggers, batch processes, and unit testing.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Salesforce administration in a business environment.
- Must have a stable employment history.
- Experience supporting revenue operations or sales/marketing teams.
- Advanced Salesforce Flow development skills with experience building complex automation, screen flows, and process builders.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security framework, governor limits, and platform capabilities.
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and common business applications including HubSpot, DocuSign, and Calendly integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with experience diagnosing issues across multiple integrated systems and data flows.
- Understanding of sales processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and data governance principles.

- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
Work Location: Philippines only, WFH
Work Schedule: 8pm - 5am PH time, weekends off
