Job Description: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Contract Type: Project-based (1-year)

About the role:

The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to improve performance and user experience.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are maintained.

Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing solutions.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing of all Salesforce solutions.

Document technical specifications, architecture, and user guides for future reference.

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in the following:

Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, SFDC Lightning, DevOps, LWC, and GitHub (or something similar)

Other Skills:

Velocity, CLM, CPQ

Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile-Scrum methodologies, including requirements, design,

implementation, testing, and maintenance

Must Have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
