About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
IT / Non-IT Recruiter based in the Philippines to support end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in remote hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term growth and exposure to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle IT requirements (Developers, System Admin, Support Engineers, Cloud, etc.) and Non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Admin, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and database search
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement
- Meet monthly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (IT and/or Non-IT hiring)
- Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Experience working with international clients (US, Middle East, or APAC preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with ATS tools is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for US-based clients
- Knowledge of technical skills screening (for IT roles)
- Experience working in staffing or recruitment agency environment
