About the role:

The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling BM Digital's high-performing team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across marketing, creative, analytics, and operations functions. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

As BM Digital continues to grow its team of growth operators, analysts, and creatives, the Senior Recruiter will help maintain the company's high hiring standards and ensure that every hire contributes to the company's performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across marketing, creative, analytics, and operational roles
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help position BM Digital as an employer of choice
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting within the ATS
  • Support the development and optimization of recruitment processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • 47+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within marketing, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive hiring decisions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting metrics
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Strong judgment and ability to assess both skills and culture fit
  • Fluent English

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position
  • Monthly compensation range is $1,500-2,500 USD depending on experience
