About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive hiring outcomes across high-impact roles at OneLot, spanning both technical and non-technical functions. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom role intake and sourcing to structured assessment and offer managementensuring every hire meets a high bar for quality, speed, and alignment with business needs.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, and build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and takes full ownership of delivering consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
What you will do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead structured role intake discussions to define success profiles, align on hiring criteria, and set realistic timelines.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for both active and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct structured screening and interviews, ensuring consistent, evidence-based candidate evaluation.
- Deliver clear hiring recommendations grounded in data and aligned with business needs.
- Manage offer processes and preboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate transition.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and transparent processes.
- Track and optimize recruitment funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Use hiring data (e.g., funnel metrics, early attrition) to improve hiring accuracy and predictability.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS across all stages of the hiring process.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and attract high-quality talent.
What we will need:
- 35 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles and functions.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent hiring outcomes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job platforms, and ATS tools for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Clear and structured communication skills across candidates and stakeholders.
- High ownership, strong organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in cross-border or multi-entity hiring is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
