Your Role
As a
Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of operational, process improvement, and strategic projects across all business units.
- Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements while managing detailed RAID logs and risk registers.
- Establish and embed structured project management methodologies and templates tailored to the Manila context.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and steering committees to keep senior leadership aligned on progress.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project blockers, ensuring rapid resolution and dependency management.
- Drive UAT and formal sign-off processes to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality and business standards.
- Maintain a centralized portfolio view to assist the GM Operations in prioritization and resource allocation.
- Mentor team members to build project management capability and a culture of accountability across the site.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Advanced proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting directly to senior and onshore leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience standing up a Project Management Office (PMO) or formal governance frameworks from scratch.
- Strong background in change management methodologies to ensure successful project adoption.
- Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand business regulatory environments.
- Strategic mindset capable of connecting technical project outcomes to broader organizational goals.
