Accountabilities
- Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and clients.
- Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, and Smartsheet.
- Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs.
- Assist in oversight of support activities involving network equipment.
- Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of site status and deployment milestones.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in project management within technology or infrastructure programs.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
- Ability to track multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Flexible availability including after-hours and weekends when necessary.
