Position: Senior Product Manager-API Marketplace
Office Location: UnionBank Plaza, Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager-API Marketplace oversees Product Managers, associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants to ensure overall profitability of Blockchain/API products and optimal product design that delivers superior customer experience while leveraging on latest technology advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises and mentors Product Managers, associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants
- Supervises and guides the product management and implementations teams to ensure that all existing Blockchain/API products meet the required business volumes and profit margins through continuous clients conversations, consistent service quality delivery and manage cost
- Influence the sales team to market and productions
- Ensures that all Blockchain/API products are continuously updated on a timely basis, in terms of the service features and pricing packages to match the markets requirements
- Coordinate with and support the Sales Team and Relationship Managers on the offering of Blockchain/API products to target clients until the full business potentials are realized, including the following activities:
- a. Understanding the client's requirements
- b. Prepares of (customized) product and pricing packages, if necessary
- c. Roll-out and implements innovations or exiting cash management service
- for new arrangement and expansions
- d. Consistently monitors client satisfaction complaints, and SLA
- Supervises the coordination of activities with operations and support units and external service providers to effectively communicate requirements and to ensure that all committed service levels are met
- Suggest and spearheads operational enhancements to existing product offerings by reviewing current processes and introducing efficient new methods for lowering cost and increasing productivity
- Manage product performance and profitability through the following activities:
- a. Monitor individual product performance against the defined goals
- b. Review of individual client performance and take necessary action to re-negotiate for more appropriate pricing with the client
- c. Facilitate preparation of the relevant and timely financial performance reports and updates, in coordination with MIS department
- d. Provide regular updates and reviews to the center on the financial performance of the various products and key accounts
- Manage the load of the team
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
