Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for various customer-facing and back-office tasks, depending on business needs
  • Deliver excellent customer support through email, chat, or phone
  • Accurately interpret and communicate in written English
  • Work independently while maintaining focus and quality results
  • Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized
  • Summarize information quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail
  • Confidently ask questions and seek clarification when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates may also be considered based on communication skills and overall potential
  • Completed at least 2 years of college (with no back subjects) may be considered depending on BPO experience
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules
  • Willing to work at our Iloilo City site
