General Responsibilities
- Assist in pitching PDAX solutions to potential partners and support in closing accounts.
- Help manage partner accounts from initial discussions to onboarding and go-live.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations, and Tech) to support successful execution of projects.
- Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and solution documents.
- Provide market and partner research to support solution crafting and sales strategies.
- Support the Head of Platform Solutions in delivering business targets.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in finance, business development, account management, or client servicing.
- Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and financial innovation.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to payments, e-wallets, or payments.
- Familiarity with APIs or tech-driven financial solutions.
- Previous experience in solution selling or client-facing roles.
