Total Rewards Lead Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals and evolving market trends.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs effectively support organizational priorities and talent needs.
Compensation Management
- Oversee the design and governance of salary structures, incentive schemes, and payforperformance programs.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and compensation analyses to maintain competitive and equitable pay positioning.
Benefits Administration
- Design, manage, and continuously refine employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.
- Review and enhance wellness, employee engagement, and recognition programs to support overall employee experience.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
- Establish and enforce policies, controls, and frameworks that promote internal equity, transparency, and strong governance.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Total Rewards team, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Nonnegotiable: Must have retail industry experience and prior experience heading the Total Rewards function.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problemsolving skills.
- Deep expertise in compensation design, benefits strategy, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
