Job Description

Own the end-to-end rewards and employee lifecycle from job evaluation and compensation to performance management, promotions, and benefits administration.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to manage the Company's compensation, benefits, employee services, and the full employee rewards lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring fair, competitive, and compliant rewards programs while building strong relationships with employees across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead job analysis and job evaluation to support job leveling, internal equity, and pay structures
  • Manage, maintain and review compensation structures, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
  • Design and oversee administration of company-initiated benefits (HMO, uniforms, medicine allowance, etc.)
  • Oversee performance management cycles (regularization, annual, promotion-related) and link outcomes to rewards
  • Handle employee movements including regularization, promotions, transfers, and role changes
  • Oversee timekeepingand coordinate payroll inputs with Accounting
  • Manage employee services including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, and benefits offboarding
  • Lead and manage HR staff under the Total Rewards unit
  • Collaborate with leadership on total rewards strategy, policies, and program enhancements
  • Build positive relationships and establish strong rapport with employees across all levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field
  • Minimum 710 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to:
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee rewards management (regularization, performance-based rewards, promotions, transfers)
  • Job evaluation
  • Performance Management
  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Benefits administration including employee additions and deletions
  • Timekeeping and employee services
  • Government-mandated benefits compliance
  • Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Confident communicator with ability to establish credibility and rapport with employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
