Own the end-to-end rewards and employee lifecycle from job evaluation and compensation to performance management, promotions, and benefits administration.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to manage the Company's compensation, benefits, employee services, and the full employee rewards lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring fair, competitive, and compliant rewards programs while building strong relationships with employees across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead job analysis and job evaluation to support job leveling, internal equity, and pay structures
- Manage, maintain and review compensation structures, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
- Design and oversee administration of company-initiated benefits (HMO, uniforms, medicine allowance, etc.)
- Oversee performance management cycles (regularization, annual, promotion-related) and link outcomes to rewards
- Handle employee movements including regularization, promotions, transfers, and role changes
- Oversee timekeepingand coordinate payroll inputs with Accounting
- Manage employee services including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, and benefits offboarding
- Lead and manage HR staff under the Total Rewards unit
- Collaborate with leadership on total rewards strategy, policies, and program enhancements
- Build positive relationships and establish strong rapport with employees across all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field
- Minimum 710 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to:
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee rewards management (regularization, performance-based rewards, promotions, transfers)
- Job evaluation
- Performance Management
- Employee lifecycle management
- Benefits administration including employee additions and deletions
- Timekeeping and employee services
- Government-mandated benefits compliance
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
- Confident communicator with ability to establish credibility and rapport with employees at all levels
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
