Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter based in Makati. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and developing strategies to attract top talent. The role involves tracking recruitment metrics, staying updated on industry hiring trends, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
