A Day in Your World
- Client Onboarding — Open every new partnership with a discovery call that digs deep into who the client is, what they stand for, and what their show needs to become.
- Technical Guidance — Become the trusted voice clients turn to when they need to know which microphone to buy, which software to use, and how to sound like a pro from day one.
- Creative Brand Direction — Work hand in hand with our design team to craft visual identities that match each show's personality and position it for long-term recognition.
- Guest & Production Coordination — Keep the machine running smoothly by managing guest outreach, booking logistics, and post-recording workflows without letting anything slip.
- CRM & Workflow Setup — Help clients build smart, connected systems that link their calendars, social presence, and CRM into one clean operation.
- Metrics & Performance Reviews — Translate raw podcast data into meaningful insights, lead growth review calls, and give clients a clear picture of where they are and where they're headed.
- On-Air Collaboration — Step in as an interviewer when needed to help clients produce episodes that are sharper, more engaging, and more shareable.
- Continuous Improvement — Treat our SOPs as a living document — execute them with precision and improve them with intention.
