Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple solar projects (residential, commercial, or utility-scale).
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and local government requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and progress reporting.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise project engineers, project coordinators, and site supervisors.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support.
  • Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and installation teams.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installers.
  • Provide project updates, reports, and completion documentation.
  • Handle project concerns and change orders.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Review project proposals, contracts, and technical drawings.
  • Monitor project costs and budget utilization.
  • Prepare project status reports for management.
  • Ensure completion documents, permits, and turnover documents are complete.

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
  • Ensure safety procedures are implemented on all project sites.
  • Conduct site inspections when necessary.
