Duties And Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple solar projects (residential, commercial, or utility-scale).
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and local government requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project meetings and progress reporting.
Team Leadership
- Supervise project engineers, project coordinators, and site supervisors.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and installation teams.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installers.
- Provide project updates, reports, and completion documentation.
- Handle project concerns and change orders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Review project proposals, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Monitor project costs and budget utilization.
- Prepare project status reports for management.
- Ensure completion documents, permits, and turnover documents are complete.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
- Ensure safety procedures are implemented on all project sites.
- Conduct site inspections when necessary.
