Recruitment Analyst for Analytics & Marketing

Core Function/s:

• Execution of channel initiatives
• Cascading of all channels initiatives to the Talent Acquisition Site Leads
• Coordination with the Procurement Team to request quotations from vendors based on what initiatives require
• Coordination with the Corporate Communications Team in the development of artwork requirements for channel promotions and merchandising collaterals
• Preparation and monitoring of reports such as channel performance,  financial reports, promo incentives, and liquidation reports
• Creation of artworks needed for sourcing initiatives (internal email materials, social media postings
• Execution of photo and video materials for internal Talent Acquisition events and activities
• Inventory management
• Supervision of channels activations

Additional Job Description 

To execute various operational activities in their functional area (Sourcing/Recruitment/PMT etc.) to ensure the achievement of hiring targets for the different accounts and departments, as well as to provide assistance to HR Officers on special projects. Sr. Associates are also entrusted to help HR Officers with the mentoring and upskilling of associates.
