Job Description

The HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong knowledge of HR functions and processes, even if they have limited supervisory experience. The HR Supervisor will serve as a bridge between management and staff, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Encourage open communication between staff and management.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to managers.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports for audits and compliance reviews.

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Support HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
