This is a full-time, on-site role for a People Development Manager located in Laoag. The People Development Manager will oversee the development and execution of training programs, manage performance evaluations, implement employee succession planning strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. The role will involve working closely with leadership to identify team development needs and tailor initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and productivity.

• Expertise in People Development and fostering employee engagement
• Proficiency in Training & Development, including designing and delivering effective training programs
• Experience in Succession Planning and implementing strategies to support leadership readiness
• Knowledge in Performance Management and evaluating employee performance effectively
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the real estate or similar industry is an advantage
