Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong General Ledger expertise and a passion for financial accuracy We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will take ownership of core accounting functions, lead month-end close activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help maintain accounting compliance and best practices. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) activities
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, controls, and reporting requirements
• Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities
• Review accounting transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior accounting staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5 to 8+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong hands-on experience in:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Journal Entries
• Month-End Close
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Bank Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Financial Reporting
• Data Analysis

Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting Principles
• Financial Reporting
• Regulatory Compliance
• Internal Controls
• Accounting Best Practices

Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting processes

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accounting team members

Salary: Up to PHP 100,000 per month
