Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead a crossfunctional Data Pod delivering smalltomedium data enhancements on a predictable cadence. Own sprint facilitation, flow efficiency, and delivery governance so the pod meets managedservice SLAs/KPIs and adheres to Definition of Done (DoD) prior to external QA handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog in ADO/GitHub.
Apply Tshirt sizing (S/M/L/XL); plan capacity against 25 SU/sprint with a 20% buffer for support.
Remove impediments, optimize flow, and enforce DoD for ETL/ELT items prior to external QA
Track and report sprint KPIs (Intake responsiveness, Cycle time, FPQ, MTTR, Timeliness).
Coordinate UShours overlap and stakeholder reviews; manage spillover within service bounds.
Partner with the BA and Tech Lead to balance scope vs. capacity and ensure predictable delivery.
