Ascendion is seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our agile software development projects. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies
- Support Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization
What we're looking for
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role
- Thorough understanding of Scrum framework and ability to effectively apply Scrum principles
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in software development or IT project management is preferre
