Job Description

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City | Hybrid

Employment type: Contractual (3 to 6 Months) | Willing to work any shift depending on the client needs

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant for a 3–6 month contract role. The consultant will lead the assessment of business and application requirements, drive functional and system specifications, and conduct fit/gap analysis.

You will be responsible for business process modeling, SAP S/4HANA configuration, test execution, documentation, and knowledge transfer. This role also involves mentoring teammates, supporting deployment and sustainment, and assisting in pre-sales activities when required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead assessment of business and application requirements.
  • Drive development of functional and system specifications.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and lead business process modeling.
  • Configure SAP PP/QM according to business requirements.
  • Develop and execute tests to validate functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide deployment and sustainment support.
  • Ensure quality of delivery for self and teammates.
  • Mentor and train teammates to build skills.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities as necessary.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience (senior/principal level).
  • Extensive support experience in SAP PP/QM functionalities.
  • Strong configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience designing and configuring key integration points of PP and QM with other SAP modules.
  • SAP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Fiori preferred.
  • Consulting practice and technique knowledge.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Plan to Manufacture business processes.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent time-management and ability to deliver results under aggressive timelines.
  • Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of IDOC and EDI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with support tools (Omnitracker, SAP Incident Manager, JIRA, ZenDesk) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of user exits preferred.
  • Proactive in resolving tickets, even with unfamiliar topics.
  • Willing to work on any shift (Day, Mid, or Night) depending on client requirements.
  • Ability to adhere to company processes and practices.
