Job Summary

The RMA Specialist will oversee daily Return Material Authorization (RMA) operations across all pods in the Philippines. This role ensures smooth execution of processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely resolution of customer returns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional workflows and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-end RMA operations across multiple pods, ensuring timely movement of units through the RMA process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and manage workload distribution to maintain efficiency and balance across pods.
  • Collaborate with Failure Analysis (FA), Customer Failure Analysis (CFA), repair, and rework teams to ensure seamless process flow.
  • Track and report operational metrics, including turnaround time, backlog, and quality performance.
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor RMA team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues and customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely movement of units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RMA or similar operations
  • Strong understanding of RMA processes, including FA, CFA, repair, and rework.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with Jira or similar workflow tools is a plus.
