Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSC Developer to join a long-term project with a leading organization in the Philippines.

• Location: Makati City
• Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Target Start Date: July 2026

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or OmniStudio
• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Experience building custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security models, and deployment processes
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio solutions
• Build and enhance custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Support ongoing enhancements and production issues as needed
