Salesforce Developer (Onsite | Manila, Philippines)

We are currently hiring a skilled Salesforce Developer for a growing telecom industry project based in Manila.

Job Details:

• Position: Salesforce Developer
• Location: Manila, Philippines (Full onsite)
• Shift: Dayshift
• Salary: 130,000 – 150,000 PHP (may be adjusted depending on experience)
• Work Setup: Onsite, flexible work arrangement may be considered after initial on-site period

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
• Build and support integrations with external systems
• Develop custom components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Provide L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of OmniStudio / Vlocity / Communications Cloud is an advantage
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, SFDX, or similar)
• Telecom industry experience is a strong plus
