Salesforce Developer - CRM & Financial Services Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and customization of Salesforce-based applications for enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing business processes through automation, integrations, and user experience improvements within a regulated, customer-centric environment such as banking or financial services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce configuration and Apex development, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Create and customize Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, triggers, and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and resolve issues related to Salesforce CRM.
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools when appropriate.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity, performance, and security through effective development and configuration.
• Maintain documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and change logs.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally in a banking, fintech, or enterprise setting.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and middleware platforms is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, user roles, and security in Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
