Job Description :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud — Proficiency in

• Salesforce Industry CPQ (formerly Vlocity CPQ) and Communications Cloud.Functional

understanding of

• OmniStudio / Vlocity — Proven experience with

• FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, outbound

messaging, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

• GitHub, BitBucket, or GitLab.Hands-on experience with version control and deployment tools:

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and Salesforce DevOps processes (Change Sets, SFDX,

Copado, or equivalent).

• Telecom industry — Experience in the

• Familiarity with telecom business processes such as order management, product catalog, and

customer billing.

• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

• Knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices — governor limits, design patterns, test coverage, and

security standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Communications Cloud, CPQ Specialist) are a

strong plus.

• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project delivery in a structured team environment.

• Exposure to Salesforce Shield, data security models, or multi-org architectures.
