Job Description

Job Overview:

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs to equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a strong background in sales, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to driving performance through continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored sales training programs aligned with business goals and team needs.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance support to sales representatives, both in groups and one-on-one.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to assess team capabilities, identify training gaps, and recommend development opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging sales strategies, and best practices in training and adult learning.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and resources that support self-learning and team development.
  • Track training metrics and prepare reports to measure learning outcomes and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar learning & development role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and performance metrics.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training projects.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), training software, and digital learning tools is a plus.
