Job Title: Sales Coach / Sales Trainer (Project-based of 6 months)

Skills: Sales and Coaching

Experience: at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coach in a BPO setting

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring a Sales Coach / Sales Trainer with the following skillset:

The Sales Coach is responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. This role focuses on mentoring, training, and providing actionable feedback to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching & Development
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress.
  • Training
  • Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
  • Develop and update training materials and resources.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Motivation & Support
  • Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Act as a resource for resolving challenges in the sales process.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership to align coaching strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development for continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and coaching roles. (2-3 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
