Role: Academy Sales Trainer

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Any shift

Job Description:

  • Design & Deliver Training: Develop and facilitate engaging, role-specific programs (e.g., prospecting, objection handling, closing) for SDRs, AEs, and sales managers.
  • Onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth and rapid ramp-up.
  • Field Coaching: Observe live calls, role-play scenarios, and provide real-time feedback to enhance technique and confidence.
  • Curriculum Development: Continuously update training materials based on product updates, market trends, and performance data.
  • Enablement Metrics: Track training impact through KPIs like ramp time, quota attainment, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Office Alignment: Ensure consistency in sales processes, messaging, and CRM usage across all PH offices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with go-to-market strategies.

Qualification and requirements:

Experience

  • 3+ years in sales training, sales enablement, or as a high-performing sales professional
  • Proven experience delivering in-person training programs.

Skills

  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and active listening abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools is
  • Strong data literacy to refine training programs based on performance metrics.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing and able to occasionally travel to other PH offices for training and coaching.
  • Mindset: Adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing others. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales training, sales enablement, or as a high-performing sales profession
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable to working different shifts, depending on need
