Job Description

The Sales Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery, and certification of sales soft skills training programs. This role ensures that dealer soft skills certification levels meet targets, working closely with dealer sales managers and sales consultants to enhance in-dealer soft skills training activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, possesses strong communication skills, and has experience in training and program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and certify soft skills training programs for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with dealer sales managers and sales consultants to implement in-dealer training initiatives.
  • Track and ensure dealer soft skills certification levels meet targets.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Design, maintain, and update training materials and programs based on evolving sales strategies.
  • Organize training schedules, sessions, and logistics across multiple dealer locations.
  • Support continuous learning culture by coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales teams.
  • Monitor industry best practices and integrate relevant methods into training programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales training, particularly in developing soft skills, and a track record of designing and delivering effective programs. They communicate clearly, build strong rapport, and can manage multiple training initiatives across dealer locations. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and training software, they bring practical experience working with sales teams, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.
