Were looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and help achieve monthly revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people, closing deals, and working with custom apparel and corporate merchandise.
Youll be managing targets, supporting Sales Executives, and stepping in when its time to close big accounts.
What Youll Do
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to hit monthly sales targets
Track team performance and provide coaching and support
Assist in negotiations and closing key or complex deals
Ensure proper follow-ups, quotations, and client coordination
Work closely with production and operations to deliver orders smoothly
Handle client concerns and escalations professionally
Review sales pipelines and help improve team performance
What Were Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in sales, with exposure to supervising or leading a team
Experience in garments, uniforms, or corporate merchandising is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven, organized, and confident in dealing with clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-based environment
Manila-based, willing to work Monday to Saturday in Mandaluyong City
Must have a valid passport and open to overseas travel
