Field Sales Supervisor!
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned dealer sales operation.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure dealer meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with dealer network.
Major Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of field sales representatives. (Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team).
- Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and must be able to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that sales processes and operations are efficient and effective.
- Will serve as liaison between dealers and other departments such as marketing, aftersales, etc, to facilitate effective communication within the team across departments.
To be successful in this role you must be...
- A college graduate
- Has at least 3 years experience in automotive industry.
- Has basic knowledge in automotive; effective presentation skills and good communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively monitor assigned dealer performance and provide support to attain target.
