Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of Business Development Officers in the assigned area
  • Set sales targets and ensure these are met or exceeded
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and store execution
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members
  • Monitor sales performance through reports and analytics
  • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising standards, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth operations
  • Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 23 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Driving skills with a valid drivers license is a plus
