Job Description

Job Purpose

To identify, pursue, and develop potential markets, partners, and channels of distribution for Motorcycle Retail products.

Roles and Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

1. Grows and develops assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs.

2. Meets the annual sales target of assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs (in terms of sales amount and number of enrollments).

3. Identifies unmet insurance needs of assigned Motorcycle accounts and provides inputs for the development of products that would meet these needs, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.

4. Cross-sells and up-sells appropriate Pioneer products to existing Motorcycle accounts/clients, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably business administration or management
  • Min. of 3 years in Insurance Sales/B2B Sales
  • Min. of 3 years in creating business plans and go-to-market strategies to capture potential markets and develop channels of distribution; Can deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change
  • Background in Marketing is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel for field work
