About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our client's digital ecosystem. This is not a maintenance role; we need someone who thinks 10 steps ahead, executes with precision, and continuously improves how the brand shows up digitally.The successful candidate will manage everything from website performance and SEO to high-impact paid media campaigns and AI visibility. You will work cross-functionally with marketing operations and leadership to ensure all digital assets are performing at the highest standard.

What you'll do

Website Ownership & Digital Experience

• Own all website updates across pages, modules, and content.
• Upload and publish articles and digital content.
• Partner with third-party developers on enhancements and new modules.
• Ensure strong UX/UI and make direct updates using HTML/CSS when needed.
• Continuously improve site structure, performance, and usability to ensure the site never stalls or breaks.

Paid Media & SEO Execution

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search/Display) and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct audience research, keyword segmentation, and budget pacing.
• Lead SEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and content alignment to improve rankings and traffic.
• Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data.

AI Visibility & Digital Evolution

• Optimize content and website for AI-driven search and discovery.
• Identify visibility opportunities across evolving AI platforms using tools like SEMrush AI.
• Execute initiatives that enhance brand presence in modern search environments.

Reporting & Performance Insight

• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to marketing and leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What you Bring

• 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google + LinkedIn).
• Technical SEO expertise, including on-page and performance tracking.
• Website management skills with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush (SEO + AI tools), and Looker Studio.
• B2B Experience: Ability to support a sales-led B2B funnel with longer buying cycles.
• Communication: Highly articulate and able to explain data-driven decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology services.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments.
