The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships for the resort. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client servicing to closing deals and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. The Sales Officer contributes to strategic planning, reporting, product development, and collaboration with various departments to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room, group, and event sales through lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and closing bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication, follow-ups, and excellent after-sales service.
- Support sales planning by helping create strategies, sales targets, forecasts, and seasonal promotions.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, analyzing trends, performance, and conversion rates to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor competitor rates, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all resort rooms, facilities, amenities, and packages; conduct site tours and package presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking execution and excellent guest experience.

Qualifications:
- College graduate from any course
- Willing to travel
- Adaptable to flexible schedule
- A resident or willing to relocate to Cebu City or Daanbantayan, Cebu
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, account management or sales is prefered.
- One year experience is good but not necessary.
