Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lapu-Lapu City for a Sales Development Officer. The Sales Development Officer will focus on identifying and developing leads, implementing sales strategies, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, maintaining efficient sales operations, coordinating with channel sales partners, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with Flour/ Food manufacturing company experience.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Channel Sales and related sales strategies
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and recognize business opportunities
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant sales-related certifications, while not mandatory, are an advantage
