Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Officer to lead our market penetration efforts in Cebu for our HRIS and Payroll System. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive in building relationships, and has a proven track record in B2B sales. This role focuses on expanding our client base, conducting product demonstrations, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities in the Cebu market
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, fieldwork, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors
  • Deliver product presentations and live demos of our HRIS & Payroll system
  • Manage the full sales processfrom prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support
  • Provide regular updates on performance, sales pipeline, and activities

Qualifications

  • 35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HRIS, IT, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients regularly
  • Able to work independently and hit monthly/quarterly targets
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Strong Cebu business network is an advantage

Preferred:

  • Experience selling HR/Payroll/Accounting systems or SaaS products
  • Existing connections with HR teams, accountants, SME owners, and decision-makers in Cebu
  • Short, professional, and Indeed-ready
