We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Officer to lead our market penetration efforts in Cebu for our HRIS and Payroll System. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive in building relationships, and has a proven track record in B2B sales. This role focuses on expanding our client base, conducting product demonstrations, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities in the Cebu market
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, fieldwork, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors
- Deliver product presentations and live demos of our HRIS & Payroll system
- Manage the full sales processfrom prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support
- Provide regular updates on performance, sales pipeline, and activities
Qualifications
- 35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HRIS, IT, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients regularly
- Able to work independently and hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Strong Cebu business network is an advantage
Preferred:
- Experience selling HR/Payroll/Accounting systems or SaaS products
- Existing connections with HR teams, accountants, SME owners, and decision-makers in Cebu
