Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.

Support product launches, promotions, and events.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Know how handle and manage content for digital platforms (social media, email, ads, website)

Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales materials (presentations, proposals).

Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and marketing KPIs.
