Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and conducting customer presentations. The role requires collaboration with marketing teams to design campaigns, drive lead generation, and create promotional materials while delivering outstanding customer service. As part of this role, the specialist will also assist in training team members and ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
Qualifications

- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve targets and create robust strategies
- Experience in delivering effective Training and mentoring team members to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in automation or tech-based industries is beneficial
