Job Description

Good day

I am looking for a sales and marketing associate (direct hire) - Makati office

Employment Type

  • Full-time with 6 months probationary period

Work Set-up

  • Full onsite but negotiable

Salary Range

  • 20,000 to 30,000 PHP (including base salary, allowances, etc.) with incentive (optional/as needed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and results
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update social media platforms and content
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content
  • Assist in organizing events, product launches, and other promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in sales support or marketing campaign execution is an advantage
  • Background in IT sales/marketing or familiarity with technology-driven products/services is a plus
