About the Role
The Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist for NBS PARK is responsible for driving foot traffic, tenant sales, and property visibility through strategic event programming, community engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives. The role combines event management, social media engagement, and revenue-generating activations to increase overall commercial performance of the property.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Program Management
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute property-wide events, seasonal activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with tenants, sponsors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Manage event logistics including budgeting, vendor sourcing, permits, manpower, and on-site execution.
- Develop revenue-sharing event models where the property earns a percentage of tenant or partner sales.
- Track and report event performance metrics (attendance, sales uplift, ROI).
2. Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, schools, corporate partners, and local organizations.
- Create community-driven programs to increase repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Develop partnership tie-ups that generate traffic and collaborative promotions.
3. Marketing & Sales Generation
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote the property and its tenants.
- Create and implement sales-driven initiatives that directly contribute to tenant revenue growth.
- Identify sponsorship and commercial opportunities within events and activations.
- Support leasing team by enhancing property positioning and visibility.
4. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Oversee social media content strategy aligned with property campaigns and events.
- Plan engagement campaigns to increase followers, reach, and foot traffic conversion.
- Coordinate content creation including event promotions, tenant features, and community highlights.
- Monitor analytics and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in events management, mall/property marketing, or commercial activations.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling social media and digital campaigns.
- Commercially driven with strong revenue-generation mindset.
